Wagyu
  • Darling Downs Knuckle 400g

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup katsuobushi broth

  • 2 tbsp vinegar

  • 2 tbsp cooking wine

  • 1 tofu

  • a handful of green onions

Method

Step1

Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Season the beef with salt and pepper as well.

Step 3

Make a sauce by mixing soy sauce, katsuobushi stock, vinegar, and cooking wine.

Step 4

Place the leeks on the pan.

Step 5

Place the seasoned tofu in front of it.

Step 6

Heat the pan and place the meat in the middle to grill.

Step 6

Turn it over evenly and grill it. Dip in the sauce when eating.
