Grilled Brisket

Ingredients
Wagyu
  • 400g of Darling Downs Brisket

Vegetable
  • Onion

  • Sweet pepper

Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil,

  • 4 stalks Italian parsley (dry parsley powder can be substituted)

  • 5 stalks of oregano (can be substituted for dried oregano)

  • 7 cloves of garlic

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Method

Step1

Chop the garlic and herbs finely and mix with olive oil.

Step 2

Season with salt and pepper to make pesto sauce.

Step 3

Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over the meat.

Step 4

Grill the meat on the grill, flipping it back and forth so it doesn't burn.

Step 5

Roast vegetables and serve. Roasted vegetables can be substituted with other vegetables at home.
