200g of Darling Downs chuck eye roll
Season the Wagyu with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan over high heat and cover with olive oil. When hot enough, cook the top sirloin for 2-3 minutes to brown the outside. Remove from pan and let cool for a few minutes.
In a separate bowl, slice the grilled upper sirloin and pour in half of the seasoning mix with minced garlic, minced ginger, shichimi, soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, brown sugar, and vinegar (pour only half and use the rest for salad dressing).
Sprinkle sugar on both sides of the pineapple slices and place them on a heated pan. Turn once when golden brown and cook until lightly caramelized on both sides.
Put the rice and salad leaves in a bowl. Place the caramelized pineapple pieces in a bowl and top with avocado, cucumber, green peas, wagyu beef and seasonings according to your taste.
Sprinkle with chives, sesame seeds, and 1 teaspoon of Shichimi, then add cherry tomatoes, red pepper, and dressing according to your taste, and the pretty chop Wagyu Poke is complete!
